The Owner
Mr. Devesh Vinod Jain is a Civil Engineering Degree Holder, MBA (Family Managed Business), MSc (Real Estate Valuation), DHL (Diploma in Housing Law).
Mr. Devesh Jain Practices as a Civil Engineer and a Property Valuer for the past Few Years. He is also one of the youngest faculty taking trainings for IBBI on behalf on Institution of Valuers Registered Valuer Foundation (IOV – RVF).
Devesh Strongly believes that Every Property Fetches a different Value with the Varying and Changing Purpose. Each property takes Cognizes of the Various Market Factors that have an effect on Value of the Property.
This ideology is Reflected in the extensive work done by the Firm in the past few Years since its Inception.
Known for his simplicity in his work and making things go painless for his clients, His Reports are Simple, Self Explanatory and easily understood by the Reader.
